Hello everyone

Today, I will take you with me to show you a day on Phuket Island during the rainy season.

Thailand is currently in the rainy season, now in Phuket, it rains almost every day, the rain does not have only bad effects because it also makes the trees and flowers beautiful.

Last Friday my husband and I started our day outside at the Khao Rang Viewpoint on the hill of Phuket Town, which is close to our son's school that we were to pick up a few hours later. This is a place with a really nice view of the town and the sea also known for its monkeys, it is a very beautiful high-angle view. In addition, the weather was good and not too hot because the wind was blowing all the time.

With the abundance of forests, many monkeys are living in Khao Rang Viewpoint. Most of the monkeys come to ask for food from tourists, there is, therefore, a signposted to warn of monkey bites or snatching food.

It prevent also to do not feeding the monkeys in an area that is not a feeding point because here there is a specific point for feeding the monkeys.

It is a viewing pavilion called "Hall of Fame 100 Years". The pavilion is a 3-tiered octagonal dome shape and has a bridge extending out. To see a bird's eye view of Phuket at 180 degrees.

During the rainy season, there are not many tourists, suitable for those who do not like crowded places.

I recommend that it is best to visit on a weekday because the viewpoint will be yours alone. Which angle will you take a picture of guarantees that no one will block your camera lens for sure?

But the disadvantage is that the sky may not be as beautiful as during the summer. I don't know when it will rain because sometimes the sky is clear and the rain suddenly falls. This kind of event can happen very often.

This corner can see various buildings and overlook the sea as well. The weather is very good, not hot, the wind blows all the time. Breathe the fresh air, and fill your lungs.

There are 2 restaurants at Khao Rang Viewpoint and both restaurants can see the view of Phuket town as well. After taking a deep breath of fresh air, it was time for lunch. So we choose a restaurant next to the viewpoint. We have eaten at this restaurant many times.

บนเขารังมีร้านอาหารอยู่ 2 ร้าน และร้านอาหารทั้ง 2 ร้าน สามารถชมวิวเมืองภูเก็ตได้เช่นกัน หลังจากที่สูดอากาศบริสุทธิ์เต็มปอดแล้วก็ถึงเวลาอาหารเที่ยง พวกเราจึงเลือกร้านอาหารที่อยู่ติดกับจุดชมวิว ร้านนี้พวกเราเคยมารับประทานหลายครั้งแล้ว ที่ร้านอาหารแห่งนี้นอกจากจะสร้างร้านให้ยื่นออกไปด้านนอกแล้ว ยังสร้างตาข่ายยื่นออกไปอีกลูกค้าสามารถไปนั่งถ่ายรูปได้ เหมือนได้สัมผัสกับธรรมชาติแบบใกล้ชิดเลย

In this restaurant, in addition to having built a shop to extend outwards, nets were added to extend it even further and allow customers to sit and take pictures. It's like being in close contact with nature.

I ordered a pineapple smoothie at the restaurant, it consist to take only the pineapple meat inside and blended it then to put the pineapple juice back inside the pineapple, very sweet and cool!

ฉันสั่งน้ำสัปรดปั่นที่ทางร้านคว้านเอาเฉพาะเนื้อสัปรดด้านในไปปั่นแล้วเทน้ำสัปรดใส่กลับไว้ในผลสัปรดเหมือนเดิม หวานเย็นชื่นใจมากๆ

This is Salmon Head Tom Yum, very spicy and extremely delicious.

นี่คือต้มยำหัวปลา โดยนำหัวปลาแซลมอนมาต้มยำรสชาติแซ่บม๊วกกกกก.....

It's a very delicious meal. And also get a beautiful view as well.

After eating a full meal, we resumed our walk to see the beauty of nature. This area has stairs down to the bottom, and both sides of the path are filled with beautifully planted trees.

หลังจากที่ทานข้าวอิ่มแล้ว พวกเราก็เดินไปชมความงามของธรรมชาติกันต่อ บริเวณนี้มีบันไดเพื่อเดินลงไปด้านล่างสองข้างทางเต็มไปด้วยต้นไม้ที่ปลูกประดับไว้อย่างสวยงาม

We arrived in this area, it's a restaurant, which initially intended to come to eat at this restaurant but when we arrived, we choose a restaurant that we have eaten at many times.

This restaurant is on the other side. It is a very famous restaurant at Khao Rang Viewpoint. This corner has a clear view of the sea which I've seen in a review on the Facebook page. This is very unfortunate but it's okay, so we plan next time to try to eat at this restaurant.

พวกเราเดินทางถึงบริเวณนี้มันคือร้านอาหาร ซึ่งตอนแรกตั้งใจจะมาทานร้านนี้ แต่พอมาถึงเขารังพวกเราก็เลือกร้านอาหารที่เคยมาทานหลายครั้ง ร้านอาหารร้านนี้จะอยู่อีกฝั่ง เป็นร้านอาหารที่มีชื่อเสียงมากบนเขารัง มุมนี้สามารถมองเห็นวิวทะเลได้อย่างชัดเจนซึ่งฉันเคยเห็นในรีวิวในเพจเฟสบุ๊ค ซึ่งเป็นที่น่าเสียดายมาก แต่ไม่เป็นไรพวกเราจึงวางแผนไว้คราวหน้าจะลองมากินอาหารร้านนี้

After seeing the bird's eye view in Phuket town we drove to pick up our son from school because it was time for school to be over and drove towards the Café del Mar in Kamala. This is a newly opened place and is famous among foreign tourists.

As soon as we reached the Café del Mar, a huge black cloud moved quickly, the wind blew strongly, so the staff informed me that the indoor tables were fully booked. Left empty table by the sea but it was about to rain heavily, can't sit.

If you want to visit here, you must reserve in advance, so we had to go back quickly to the car because it started to rain heavily and thought about where to go, home? another place to eat?

After driving for a while in the northern direction, the rain stopped, and then there was the sun which, shyly, came to say Hi! So we decided to go sit and eat at The Beach Bar Crafted upper to Bang Tao beach at Laypang. This is a bar we've been to some months ago and came back to again because the evening atmosphere here is very good.

It was a nice idea and we were not disappointed! Even though the evening atmosphere during the sunset is not as beautiful as during the hot season, it is nice and charming in its way.

For a few weeks, regularly, all the beaches of Phuket have very strong waves and winds making it dangerous to swim, everywhere you can see the red flag on the beaches. So many activities are done outside the sea like horse riding on the beach.

There are also horses for rent here with staff to drive the horses so that tourists who have never ridden a horse before can also enjoy the atmosphere of a nice ride along the beach, price 2,000 baht per 1 hour.

หลังจากที่ชมวิวมุมสูงในเมืองภูเก็ตแล้ว พวกเราก็ขับรถไปรับลูกชายที่โรงเรียน เพราะเป็นเวลาเลิกเรียน แล้วก็ขับรถมุ่งหน้าไปยังบาร์แห่งหนึ่งในกมลา ซึ่งเป็นบาร์ที่เปิดใหม่และมีชื่อเสียงในหมู่นักท่องเที่ยวชาวต่างชาติ พอถึงบาร์ก้อนเมฆสีดำใหญ่ก็เคลื่อนตัวมาอย่างรวดเร็ว ลมพัดแรง พนักงานจึงแจ้งว่าโต๊ะในร่มถูกจองเต็มหมดแล้ว เหลือโต๊ะที่ว่างริมทะเล แต่ฝนกำลังจะตกไม่สามารถนั่งได้ ถ้าจะมาเที่ยวที่นี่ต้องจองไว้ก่อน ทำให้พวกเราต้องกลับไปที่รถและคิดว่าจะกลับบ้านหรือไปจะทานข้าวที่ไหนดี เพราะฝนเริ่มตกหนัก แต่ขับรถมาได้สักพักฝนหยุดตกแล้วก็มีแสงแดด พวกเราจึงตัดสินใจไปนั่งบาร์ริมชายหาดแถวบางเทา ซึ่งเป็นบาร์ที่พวกเราเคยไปมาแล้วเมื่อหลายเดือนก่อน และกลับมาอีกครั้งเพราะบรรยากาศยามเย็นที่นี่ดีมากๆ

และที่นี่ก็ไม่ทำให้พวกเราผิดหวัง แม้บรรยากาศยามเย็นช่วงพระอาทิตย์ตกจะไม่สวยเท่าฤดูร้อน แต่มันก็สวยงามและมีเสน่ห์ในแบบของมัน ชายหาดทุกชายหาดในภูเก็ตมีคลื่นและลมแรงไม่สามารถลงเล่นน้ำได้ นักท่องเที่ยวก็ทำกิจกรรมบนชายหาด ที่นี่มีม้าให้เช่าด้วย จะมีเจ้าหน้าที่คอยจูงม้าให้นักท่องเที่ยวนั่ง และเดินชมบรรยากาศยามเย็นริมชายหาด ราคา 2,000 บาท ต่อ 1 ชั่วโมง

During this period in Phuket, it is the rainy monsoon season almost every day. Therefore, there are not many tourists. There were many empty tables left for us to choose from. The weather is cool and the wind blows very strong.

ช่วงนี้ที่ภูเก็ตเป็นช่วงมรสุมฝนตกเกือบทุกวัน นักท่องเที่ยวจึงไม่มากนัก ทำให้มีโต๊ะว่างเหลือให้พวกเราเลือกมากมาย อากาศเย็นสบายลมพัดแรงมากๆ

We didn't even expect to see the sunset because the sky wasn't bright. But at this beach, it made us very surprised. The big sun was about to fall behind the horizon.

พวกเราไม่คิดว่าจะได้เห็นพระอาทิตย์ตกด้วยซ้ำเพราะท้องฟ้าไม่สดใส แต่ที่หาดแห่งนี้ก็ทำให้พวกเราเซอร์ไพร้มากๆ พระอาทิตย์ดวงโตกำลังจะลาลับขอบฟ้า

Then the sky began to change color as if a painter had splashed different colors in the sky, and then gradation in the sky from gold to orange, purple or even blue, pink, beautifully interspersed.
