I have done a previous post on choc chip cookies. I am a huge chocolate fan and I have decided to try making chocolate chip muffins. I generally like anything with chocolate! The muffins came out great! Once again, it was a recipe that I got from my sister who is great at baking. The recipe is simple and doesn't take up much time. These muffins are excellent to have with a hot glass of milk or as a teatime goodie.
Ingredients:
Add the eggs, sugar and butter together and mix well. Then add the other wet ingredients and mix that up. Lastly, add all the dry ingredients. Bake and enjoy!
