It's my favourite Caprese salad: sliced fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and basil, seasoned with salt and olive oil. So on my last trip to Rome, Italy finally I tried the real classic perfect italian caprese salad and it really was perfect. Now I wish to go back 😉
