Various ethnicities and religions live in harmony in Indonesia, from the western tip of Sumatra to the eastern tip of Papua all unite and take care of each other. Bajigur is one of Indonesia's traditional drinks. This drink originally came from West Java, and then spread along with many Sundanese people who went abroad. Bajigur is a drink that is very suitable to drink in cold weather. When we drink this drink, we will feel the savory sensation of coconut milk, the sweetness of palm sugar, and the warmth of ginger. In my opinion, bajigur has an authentic Indonesian taste. The basic ingredients and making Bajigur are very easy, you can follow the following method.
