The consumption of quail eggs in Indonesia is so so big, that's why quail eggs are easy to find in the market, just like chicken eggs or duck eggs. I am one of those people who likes quail eggs, almost every week I just add quail eggs on a plate for lunch or dinner, sometimes for snack as an additional source of daily protein.

I just plan to make a meal out of quail eggs today, plus a bit of tofu which will add some protein to my lunch plate today. as diligently as I have been exercising lately, I am required to increase daily protein in order to build muscle mass. • 20 pcs quail eggs
• 4 pcs tofu
• 5 pcs red chilies, 3 pcs cayenne pepper, 1 pcs tomato, 4 cloves of garlic and 4 cloves of shallots
• 2 candlenuts, 2 bay leaves, 2 lime leaves, lemongrass.
• 3 pieces of green onion, 1 segment of ginger, 1 tamarind
• Pepper, salt and coriander to taste

• Oyster sauce and sweet soy sauce 1 tbsp.

• Quail eggs that have been washed clean, then boiled in water that can soak all the eggs. Then boil with a little salt so that the eggs are easy to peel. Boil for 15 minutes over medium heat.

• Heat the wokpan and then add 1 tsp of oil. Add the puree spices to stir-fry, when it smells good, add the bay leaves, lime leaves and lemongrass to make it aromatic. The key to cooking semur is aromatics. After that, add the mashed tomatoes.

• Add the soup spices and cayenne pepper, and fried tofu, give a little water.

• Give a little salt, mushroom stock and oyster sauce, also pour in sweet soy sauce to the taste of the semur.
