Hello everyone,
Bread is a food that is liked by all people. Made from flour or wheat and several other ingredients, this food can fill the stomach and pamper the tongue. Bread has many types, this flour processing is endless for processing.
Many countries make bread as a staple food, especially for breakfast in the morning. Because the shape is very simple and packaged in such a way, it is very easy to carry everywhere and is hygienic so this food is widely sold and is a favorite of all circles. The various types also make many people consume it, bread can be used as sweet food and even savory.
Bread is not only filled with chocolate, cheese and coconut, even bread is currently being loved by many people and is mixed with meat filling. If the bread is typical of China, it is usually called bakpao, even bread can be used as a salad filling. The bread is really very simple and filling.
One of the famous breads in Indonesia, there is the so-called abon bread. When I was a child, this bread became my favorite because it had a very unique taste. In the past it was very difficult to get this bread because it was very rarely sold, over time, shredded bread was even sold at the nearest mini market.
What makes me most curious is that this abon bread has a unique taste, usually before being sprinkled with abon (shredded) bread, it is smeared with a jam that has a sweet and sour taste. The white jam is slightly translucent and tastes really very good. After I looked up some recipes, it turned out that the jam was made from mayonnaise and condense milk. No wonder it tastes sweet and sour, right?
Well this time, I want you to know how to make my favorite abon bread, especially for HIVE friends who have never tasted it, you can try this recipe at home, it's really very simple but a little tricky, but don't worry, I will write this recipe carefully- hearts and steps that will make it easier for you.
