images(39).jpgA piece of information was given to me by my physician about heart attack and it's preventions.
To start with just in case you know any one who is having so early symptoms of Heart Attacks, advice him/her to always drink warm water because not only that the warm water should be taken after your meal but it helps digestion. Now about Heart Attacks. The Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals, not cold water, I think it is time we adopt such drinking habit while we are eating. For those who like to drink cold water, this write up is applicable to you. It is very Harmful to have Cold Drink/Water during a meal, because the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have consumed while eating. It will also slow down the digestion. Once this 'sludge' reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine, and that is how it will turn into fats and lead to cancer . It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.
I must say this that french fries and burgers for those who are not health conscious are the biggest enemy of heart health. A coke after that gives more power to this illness, so take precautions and avoid them for your Heart's & Health. Drink one glass of warm water just when you are about to go to bed to avoid clotting of the blood at night to avoid heart attacks or strokes. ...still thanking treeplanter@treeplanter for help, chrismarketing@chrismarketing on the go, minnowbooster@minnowbooster always by my side, foodart@foodart keeping me full, dineroconopcion@dineroconopcion given me crypto info, chbartist@chbartist making me dance, yallapapi@yallapapi teaching me how to make my voice be heard as a writer postpromoter@postpromoter giving me a lift, vaansteam@vaansteam placing in front of me nice art works, alexko-steemitt@alexko-steemitt showing me the right places to go, whatageek@whatageek the melody never stops, keban@keban leading me.
