Ingredients.

• 1 mold (30cm).

For banana cream:

• 1 banana.
• 1 egg yolk.
• 20 grams of sugar.
• 6 grams of corn starch.
• 100 grams of fresh milk without sugar.
• 1 gram of vanilla liquid.

For roll:

• 2 egg yolks.
• 10 grams of sugar.
• 2 mls of vanilla liquid.
• 30 grams of fresh milk without sugar.
• 16 grams of oil (don't use olive oil).
• 2 egg white.
• 30 grams of sugar.
• A little of salt.
• 1/8 cafe cream of tartar.
