I have a large supply of banana leaves, then I think about recipes that use banana leaves. Then, I was inspired by Thai Food "Lanna Grilled Egg" (Khai Pam). So I decided to make "Grilled Egg Cakes".
The ingredients are a little different from the original recipe because I added all-purpose flour.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
4 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
3 cloves of red onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
