Thinking about trying some new and spicy food, here is a dish to share with you.
Biryani - a dish of Indian cuisine from rice or another group. The dish resembles pilaf, but has its own characteristics. First of all, other spices are used: fresh ginger, chili, cinnamon, cardamom. Rice, usually a long-grain variety of basmati.

Cinnamon (2 inch piece)
Cardamom (4)
Fennel (2 teaspoons)
Onion (1 large, finely chopped)
Green chilli paste (2 tablespoons)
Ginger Garlic Paste (2 tablespoons)
Tomato (4 large, finely chopped)
Red chilli powder (1 small spoon)
Chili Powder (2 teaspoons)
Turmeric powder (1 tsp)
Mixed spices powder (1 small spoon)
Salt (as per taste)
Sugar (2 teaspoons)
Green Coriander (1/4 cup finely chopped)
Mint leaves (1/4 cup, finely chopped)
Coconut thick milk (1 cup)
Water (2 cups / 500 ml)
First of all, wash basmati rice and soak it in water for 30 minutes.
Then filter it and keep it aside.
Now heat oil in a pan, add cinnamon, fennel and cardamom.
Now add onions and green chilies.
When it becomes golden, add ginger garlic paste to it.
Then add all the spices, salt and sugar and stir it for 30 seconds.
Mix the tomatoes and mix all the ingredients and let it cook for 5 minutes.
When tomatoes start melting, then add coriander and mint leaves and stir immediately
Now take your rice cooker bowl, add spices and soaked rice, coconut milk and water to it.
Mix it well and taste the water a little.
Now place the rice bowl in the electric cooker and cook.
Once rice is done, serve it with raita.
