I really loved that, it was the only one that even after decorating more than a hundred cakes, I could continue eating sweets π. I think it was beneficial for my health to stop working in that place. But we are not going to talk about the consequences of eating too much sugar, because this is not a nutrition post; we leave that for another day. π
Today I will share with you one of the recipes that I like the most. It is a Chocolate cake! π€€ I really love chocolate. It is a pure and sincere love that I have for chocolate lol! π
Preparation: We must beat the egg whites until they are stiff, then add the sugar little by little, then the yellow ones one by one and finally the flour, which we have previously mixed with the cocoa powder. To add the flour, it is better to use a palette and do it in an enveloping way. We bake it between 30 and 45 minutes depending on the oven that we are going to use.
Now let's beat the margarine, until it turns a little lighter in color. Then add the powdered sugar, cocoa and condensed milk. Finally the spoonful of instant coffee. Everything must be incorporated until we obtain a soft cream. π¦
Apart in a bowl, we will beat the chantilly cream (which should be very cold) at high speed, until it thickens.
then we will join the two creams and beat to form a single cream. (which will be very, very tasty π€€)
First we cut the cake in half and moisten it with syrup. For which we are going to boil 3 water cup with half the sugar cup, after boiling it we turn it off and add 1/4 the cup of instant coffee and 1/4 the liquor cup (preferably almond liquor or brandy, π₯ πΈ π). Well we continue ... once we have moistened the cake very well, we fill it and we put it back together.
