Victoria cake 🍰

Today i do victoria cake 🍰

You will need :

1. 3/4 cup butter
2. 3 eggs.🥚
3. 1/3 teaspoon salt. 🧂
4. 1 1/2 cup flour.
5. 3/4 tablespoon baking powder
6. 3/4 cup sugar.
7. 1 teaspoon vanilla.
8. Cream and berry jam and sugar powder .
9. 2Pans.

To prepare :

1. Preheat oven to 180C . Grease the pan with butter and lightly flour.

2. Beat the butter and sugar well, until it becomes creamy.

3. Add the eggs, then the flour and mix for 10 minutes.

4. Then divide the mixture on two pans.

5. Bake it 40-45 minutes.

6. Then let it out and let it cool down,and put the berries and cream jam on the cake.

7. Then put the second cake over the filling and sprinkle the powdered sugar on the surface.
