Its Friday!!! Jude and his friends were all happy to see the week finally come to an end. They have all had a stressful week at work. This time of the year is the period of harvest. They all had to go down to the farm settlement and supervise workers harvesting the grains, thresh it, then bag and store in the warehouse.
This operation took place from the beginning of the week till Friday, so Jude and his friends decided to unwind in a nearby pub. Jude however does not like alcohol and his friends know this fact very well. They normally mock his whenever the issue of drinking alcohol crop up during their discussion. Jude decided to join them and spend the evening over some bottle of string wine.
First, they gulped down a bottle of tequila. That was just for a start. More bottles were ordered but Jude declined and rather went for some red wine. It was getting late into the night. And after some hours Jude started feeling lightheaded. His friends noticed his casual talks and there and then decided to take him home. He rose up, staggered and fell down, rose up and missed his steps again and fall down. He could be seen struggling with great difficulty to raise himself up but to no avail.
Jude could be heard muttering some words: "Ken, don't worry, am ok, I'll be fine. Just take me to the car, oh, yeah". His friends all laughed at him and decided against taking him home in his present terrible state. They however booked and paid for a room in the hotel closeby and lodged him there till the morrow.
