So I have gotten a bunch of request for some vegan recipes and although I'm not vegan it's fun to throw out some vegan recipes here and there. I hope @enjoyinglife will enjoy this one!
4 medium Bananas (peeled, halved and frozen)
½ Cup Peanut Butter
Sprinkle of Coconut Flakes (optional)
Sprinkle of Vegan Chocolate Chips (optional)
In a food processor, add in bananas and peanut butter. Pulse until smooth (you might need to stop and scrape the sides occasional). Once it is smooth, add to serving bowl. Garnish it with a sprinkle of coconut flakes and chocolate chips.
