So, my friend @/nahupuku created an Acapello contest and ask if I would participate. So, I enlisted the help of my daughter Carmilla to help me sing the song "Dreaming Light" from Anathema. The song appears on their awesome album "We're Here Cause We're Here". Hopefully you'll enjoy our performance!!!

This week's theme is New Times, an idea that talks about changes in our lives. A few days ago this song by my favorite band Jesse & Joy came out, and I thought it was very appropriate to bring it to the Open Mic right now. It's called Respirar, and it tells the story of a relationship with many wounds that precisely needs a break, a change, something new.

The main thing I will be doing in my video are warm-ups, a little stretching and some soft squats because they are children and you have to take them step by step I hope you like it and put into practice this type of activities with the little ones at home, because they feel protected and taken into account, I think this strengthens the bonds of a relationship between mother and children and if we put it into practice often our children will be good citizens, because I have always thought that with the practice of a sport since childhood we as parents should support our children and educate them at the same time.
