Hoy les dejo esta rutina para subir el nivel, si ya tienes tiempo entrenando y has seguido mis recomendaciones, sabes que recomiendo que exigas a tu cuerpo cada vez m谩s en tus entrenamientos, en tu alimentaci贸n y todos los h谩bitos que alimentan tu bienestar, ya que si s贸lo entrenas siempre lo mismo, al mismo nivel no puedes esperar resultados diferentes馃挭馃敟

Cuando hago estas rutinas, lo importante es que cuando hay que hacer movimientos nuevos, puedes tomarte un d铆a a la semana para practicar la t茅cnica ya que puedes tener el riesgo de lesionarte, por eso tomate un d铆a para dominar los movimientos complicados y as铆 los sumas a tus entrenamientos 馃挭馃敟

Por ac谩 te dejo estos movimientos a practicar como el Burpee con una sola pierna, por eso recuerda practicar siempre, adicional a eso Flexiones Arquero y que tomes el control de cada movimiento, recuerda que siempre tienes que poner todo tu esfuerzo, a tu ritmo y no darte por vencido, as铆 que vamos con todo馃挭馃敟
