100 Push-ups💪🔥 ESP/ENG

Hola amigos de @fulldeportes arrancando nueva semana con todos los hierros, esta vez les comparto una rutina que grabé en el Skatepark del Polideportivo de Maturín, nos fuimos temprano mi esposa y yo, mientras los niños dormían y hacer una caminata temprano con el sol del amanecer sabroso😁 y luego entrenar y decidí hacer 100 Push-ups con todo el Power💪

Hi @fulldeportes friends starting new week with all the irons, this time I share with you a routine that I recorded at the Skatepark of Polideportivo de Maturin, we went early my wife and I, while the kids were sleeping and do an early walk with the sunrise tasty😁 and then train and I decided to do 100 Push-ups with all the Power💪.

La verdad es que esta rutina enfocada en Push ups, parece sencilla pero es exigente, sobretodo con las explosivas🥵 sin embargo le di con todo, cuidando la técnica + la respiración y al terminar ya tenía los brazos pidiendome piedad 😂, si te atreves a hacerla metele POWER 💪

The truth is that this routine focused on Push ups, seems simple but is demanding, especially with the explosive🥵 however I gave it everything, taking care of the technique + breathing and at the end I already had my arms asking for mercy 😂, if you dare to do it POWER 💪
