It's my hobby to visit organic stores and find new food. This time I bought carrot salmon made by a German Onigiri company.
It looks like smoked salmon 🐟
I notice the fishy taste from the seaweed in the ingredients.
My daughter says it's like real salmon but I must say it's carrot. I think my bell pepper salmon tastes more like salmon but according to my daughter, it's paprika 😁

オーガニックショップで新しい食材を見つけるのが趣味です。今回はドイツのおにぎり屋さんが作ったニンジンのスモークサーモンを購入してみました。
スモークサーモンに見えますね 🐟 このニンジンでスモークサーモンを作るのはビーガン界隈ではよく見聞きします。私はいまだにうまく作れたことがありません・・・
原材料に海苔が入っていて、魚っぽい味がしました。
そのままで食べたり、ご飯にのせて食べたり、子供は「本物のサーモンみたい」と言っていましたが、私はニンジンだと思います w 私は自分で作るパプリカサーモンの方がサーモンっぽい気がしますが、子供に言わせると、私のパプリカサーモンはパプリカだそうです 😂
