Cada semana realizo las compras de vegetales, frutas y hortalizas donde los gochos, -cerca del mercado popular- esta vez estuvo bien surtida y fresca la mercanc铆a, me fui con mi sobrina quien me ayudo a escoger estrictamente lo anotado en lista de compras.
Entre aguacates, mangos y mandarinas, se asoman unas peque帽as guan谩banas, inmediatamente la ni帽a y yo nos miramos c贸mplices:
-Tita podemos llevar una? me dice, -a ella le encanta tanto como a mi-.
-Le dije: si, elige dos bien maduras
Salimos satisfechas con la lista de compras completa m谩s las dos guan谩banas que no estaban anotadas 馃槀, degustamos una de ellas mientras esper谩bamos el carro que nos lleva hasta a la casa, solo nos mir谩bamos compartiendo mmmmmm, el rico dulzor de la fruta no nos permit铆a hablar, mientras la saboreaba mi mente iba recreando la receta.... 馃挕隆un pudin de guan谩bana!

We left satisfied with the complete shopping list plus the two guan谩banas that were not written down 馃槀, we tasted one of them while we waited for the car that would take us to the house, we just looked at each other sharing mmmmmm, the rich sweetness of the fruit did not allow us to talk, while I tasted it my mind recreated the recipe.... 馃挕 a soursop pudding!
I visualized the ingredients in my mind one by one, the base would be a simple pudding, the magic touch would be the soursop adding more sweetness and creaminess.
Nada complicado, comenzar铆a por el caramelo agregando el az煤car hasta que se disuelva con ese color oscuro envolviendo la quesillera.
Nothing complicated, I would start with the caramel by adding the sugar until it dissolves with that dark color enveloping the baking dish.
Seguidamente agrego agua a una olla grande y la pongo a calentar para el ba帽o de mar铆a
En el vaso de la licuadora voy agregando los ingredientes, comenzando por la guan谩bana previamente limpia y sin semillas.
In the bowl of the blender I add the ingredients, starting with the previously cleaned and de-seeded soursop.
Le sigue la leche, el az煤car, el huevo y el agua
It is followed by milk, sugar, egg and water.
Licuamos los ingredientes creando la mezcla luego la agregamos a la fuente reservada con el caramelo.

Llevamos a ba帽o de mar铆a al rededor de 40 minutos, hasta que seque el agua, yo suelo agregarle un poco m谩s de agua para que el pudin quede m谩s firme.
Retiramos la quesillera con cuidado y dejamos enfriar -nos olvidamos por un momento de ella-馃槣, destapamos aspirando y desmoldamos esta delicia.
