La receta que les traigo es sencilla de preparar con una de mis frutas favoritas, por su exquisito sabor y por la cantidad de nutrientes aportando salud a mi amado cuerpo. Con ustedes: el aguacate.
Esta fruta está presente a diario en mi alimentación por su contenido tan nutritivo. Contiene grasas saturadas, ayuda a mantener el colesterol, es saciante.
Además, de los beneficios de su semilla: en té o rayado crudo mejora la digestión, sirve como acondicionador para el cabello, entre otras maravillas. El aguacate es una fruta realmente sorprendente, otra maravilla de la naturaleza.
Esta receta surge de mi búsqueda de aguacates y ellos me encontraron, les cuento como sucedió: en una de mis visitas a comprar vegetales en el mercadito de los gochos -los días jueves- buscaba esta fruta, todos estaban muy verdes, de pronto uno de los señores que trabaja en el lugar se acerca y me dice que tiene dos muy maduros, los pone en mis manos, los observo, los acaricio y digo: para mi están perfectos, te los regalo me dijo, agradeci.

This recipe came up in my search for avocados and they found me, I'll tell you how it happened: on one of my visits to buy vegetables at the gochos market -on Thursdays- I was looking for this fruit, they were all very green, suddenly one of the men who works there approached me and told me that he had two very ripe ones, he put them in my hands, I looked at them, caressed them and told him: they are perfect for me, I give them to you, he told me, I thanked him.
Today's chapter is entitled: avocado cream.
Let's go with the ingredients and the preparation.

Ingredientes - Ingredients:
2 Aguacates
½ cebolla
3 ajos
1 manojo de hierbabuena
1 manojo de cilantro
el zumo de 1 limón
sal, pimienta
aceite de olivo
2 avocados
½ onion
3 garlic
1 bunch of mint
1 bunch of cilantro
juice of 1 lemon
salt, pepper
olive oil
Preparación - Preparation:
Lavamos los aguacates, cortamos quitamos la piel y lo llevamos a la licuadora.
Wash the avocados, cut them, remove the skin and take them to the blender.
Cortamos la cebolla y el ajo, los agregamos a la licuadora
Cut the onion and garlic, set aside.

Luego integramos la hierbabuena y el cilantro
Then add the mint and cilantro.
Por último agregamos el zumo de limón, el aceite de olivo y salpimentamos.
Finally add the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper and blend.

Licuamos a toda potencia, rectificamos la sal y lista la crema para servir.

Yo agregue esta crema de aguacate a una ensalada cruda y la unté a unas arepitas de auyama, realmente el sabor es delicioso, te aseguro que no durará en tu nevera…
