But I remembered about the instant sponge flour that I bought yesterday at the supermarket, but for that I need to buy eggs for additional ingredients of sponge, and for snacks this time focused on chocolate sponge, the taste of this instant sponge is also exactly the same as our own concoction sponge, soft and perfectly fluffy
necessary materials :
instant chocolate sponge flour
1 egg
5 spoons of cooking oil
how to make instant chocolate sponge:
(1) the first step is to beat 1 egg, you don't need to add sugar because there is already sugar in the sponge flour, then after that leave it for a while
(2) and then add 1 bag of brown sponge flour then also add 5 tablespoons of melted cooking oil or margarine, then stir until everything is evenly mixed, and if the dough is still hard add about 2 tablespoons of mineral water and stir until the texture thickens but not liquid
(3) and prepare the molds here I use blooming steamed sponge molds, it's a pity that my steamed sponge paper has run out, the rest I use flower pudding molds
(4) and put it into the mold about 1 tablespoon, then beat it briefly so that the air vapor comes out, and put it in the steamer that was heated earlier
(5) steam for 35 minutes over low heat, and after that test with a skewer if nothing sticks it means the sponge is perfectly cooked
