Ingredients for making coconut meat:
Coconut-flavored jelly
5 tbsp granulated sugar
1 sachet of sweetened condensed milk
coconut milk
how to make :
(1) the first step is to prepare coconut-flavored jelly and add granulated sugar, if a friend doesn't have coconut-flavored jelly, you can use plain jelly and try to cook it using coconut water so that later the results are the same as coconut-flavored jelly
(2) after that add the coconut milk sachet and add 800 ml of water or according to the instructions on the jelly packaging, after that cook over medium heat, while stirring occasionally and add 1 sachet of sweetened condensed milk and mix well
(3) cook for about 10 minutes then wait for it to cool down and then pour it into the mold, wait for it to harden and after it hardens then scrape it using scraps of young coconut flesh
and in terms of taste, the texture is very similar, here I add this fake coconut meat to the avocado juice, then I serve it to my husband, and my husband thinks this is real coconut meat
