A blessed day to all of us. As usual, I always start by greeting my friends in the community. For me, it's a way of honoring everyone so we can grow closer. Please let me know if I'm wrong.
Today, I'm going to make a fresh avocado juice drink. It's the peak of summer in my area, so my body always needs fresh juice and lots of water. I drink juice almost every day. If I buy it from a juicer, it's more expensive, and the size is only one glass. After that, I'm not satisfied because there's too much sweetener than the sweetness of the fruit.
I bought these avocados at the market on my way home from work. Unfortunately, not all of them were ripe, only two small ones were ripe. But that's okay, as long as I pick them, I can make a refreshing juice drink.
I took two ripe avocados and cut them open. The flesh was very beautiful and appetizing, but unfortunately, there were a few that were still a bit hard.
Nevertheless, they smell delicious. Then I scooped out the flesh using a spoon. The skin is very tough, making it very easy to scoop out; no knife is needed.
I put the scooped-out flesh into a blender.
There wasn't much flesh, even though there were two avocados. To meet my sweetness standards for this size, I added two tablespoons of sugar.
I also added a little sweetened condensed milk, a milk specifically for cakes and drinks. I like this milk; besides being sweet, it also contains lots of vitamins.
To prevent it from being too thick, I added about 150 milliliters of water. I think that's the right amount for this amount of fruit.
To get a cooling sensation, I added a few ice cubes. If avocado juice isn't cold or iced, it won't taste as good.
Now all the ingredients are ready, and all I have to do is blend it. Once I turn on the blender, the water... A little squirt came out because I forgot to close the lid, so I quickly closed it.
I blended it for only about three minutes, and all the fruit and ice were crushed and melted together, thus calling it avocado juice.
Finally, I've finished making a delicious avocado juice drink. This is what it looks like. I didn't drink it all; I just took one glass to enjoy now. I stored the rest in the refrigerator to make it even more delicious, and I'll drink it later. I've been drinking fruit juice regularly for several reasons, as I mentioned before. Besides the weather here being very hot, fruit juice is also very good for the body.
I find drinking homemade avocado juice very satisfying and delicious. Besides being able to repeat it several times, I can also control the sweetener used to ensure it's safe for my body. Right now, besides coffee, fruit juice is my favorite drink.
That concludes my post today about making fruit juice drinks. I hope you enjoy and are impressed with what I've presented.
