hello everyone, come back with me on this occasion, I want to make typical noodles in my area, namely typical Acehnese noodles, these Acehnese noodles are almost the same as noodles in general, but what makes them different is the seasoning which has lots of spices so it makes The taste of these Acehnese noodles is very delicious
in my area it is very easy to find Acehnese noodles anywhere, starting from cafes and in markets there are also lots of people who sell them, Acehnese noodles also use the same flour noodles as other flour noodles but the shape of the Acehnese noodles is a little unique, yellow in color and the shape is also thick and flat
The Aceh noodle menu is very varied, starting from wet fried and dry fried, and here I also want to introduce my regional specialty food and how to make it. I will also share the Aceh noodle recipe with friends.
Ingredients for making Acehnese fried noodles:
500 grams of yellow flour noodles
100 grams of bean sprouts
3 tablespoons Aceh noodle seasoning
spring onions
celery
tomatoes
how to make :
(1) The first step is to cut the tomatoes first into cubes, and then also chop the celery leaves and spring onions then set aside for a while
(2) after that, sauté the tomatoes and then add the noodle seasoning then cook until the spices give off a fragrant smell, and then add the bean sprouts and a little water and cook until the bean sprouts are soft and cooked, about 8 minutes
(3) After the bean sprouts are cooked then add a little salt, sweet soy sauce and salty soy sauce then check the taste to see if they are right. After that, add the yellow noodles to the bean sprouts then cook until the fried noodles become dry and don't forget to add spring onions and celery then stir until everything is cooked. mixed evenly
and tara fried noodles typical of Aceh are ready here I make dry fried noodles, this is a delicious warm food when it rains, very delicious, not to relax when the rainy season hits
