I decided to make chocolate bananas. my husband's favorite because coincidentally this morning my husband bought a banana at the market, I plan to process this banana into a delicious snack for my husband
Let's see what kind of snack this banana will be, which of course is very easy to make and doesn't take a long time to make.
Ingredients needed:
4 bananas
100 grams of chocolate bar
spring roll skin
flour
how to make :
(1) The first step is to peel the banana then cut the banana into 2 parts then divide the banana into 4 parts or according to taste
(2) then slice the chocolate bars or you can also use chocolate sprinkles
(3) After that, take the spring roll skin then add the banana slices then add the chocolate bar slices then fold the top and then fold the sides as in the picture.
(4) after everything is folded then take 1 tablespoon of wheat flour then add a little water then mix well, then spread the flour on the side of the spring roll skin so that the spring roll skin sticks together
(5) and after that, heat the cooking oil then fry all the brown bananas until they are golden brown then drain
