Plant Power (Vegan)
back to my post, this time I want to share with all my friends a food made from bananas, as we know that bananas are prepared for various kinds of delicious dishes from ancient times to the present, but this time I want to share recipes about processing bananas which are suitable for children's snacks and of course all people like processed bananas on this one, now friends, of course you are also familiar with processed bananas on this one, this time I want to make snacks made from bananas and the name of the flour is "crispy fried bananas meses" now friends, you can also get this one snack at cake shops, or at traditional markets because this one snack is very easy to find anywhere
But I want to share the recipe with all my friends
Necessary materials :
Kelok bananas are bananas that contain a lot of course where these bananas are usually made as processed bananas by housewives, maybe bananas are different in different areas, the name is in my place called banana kepok
This banana I haven't been in the market for 5,000 is equivalent to a hive price of 0,800 hive according to market upbit
Panir flour is also often called bread flour because it is often used for making cakes by housewives
Panir flour is also one of the flours that is processed with ordinary flour and then used as the outer layer of the cake
Wheat flour is also a basic ingredient for cakes which are often used by housewives which are made from wheat seeds
Salt is the most important kitchen ingredient almost all dishes must have salt content is indeed very important which is made directly from sea water to make a salty taste
Water is of course used for drinking, even without other water it doesn't work, so here I don't take pictures because of course there is
Cooking oil is also known as cooking oil, which comes from refining additions and we often hear about refined palm fruit oil
Chocolate meses are small chocolate grains which are used as complementary friends for cakes or bread as well as decorations and food connoisseurs
All complementary materials
Steps in making crispy meses fried bananas:
The first is to peel the banana skin first, then after peeling the banana skin, then split the banana into two parts
after all the bananas have been peeled and split in half, make the liquid dough which is flour mixed with water
after that dip the banana that has been split earlier into the liquid flour mixture
after that then put the bananas that have been dipped in the wet mixture into the dry mixture or into the breadcrumbs then coat the bananas until the breadcrumbs cover all the bananas and do everything until all the bananas are used up
after that start to heat the oil over low heat and after the oil is hot then
Enter the bananas that have been covered with breadcrumbs earlier then fry and don't forget to turn them over, and also try to use low heat in the frying process so that the fried bananas don't burn
after everything is cooked then remove and then drain the oil first and after that the crispy fried bananas are ready to be decorated, but here I decorate them only using messes friends can also add cheese or roasted nuts according to friends' taste
This dish is very suitable to be served with sweet tea and of course this dish is not only economical in the pocket but also economical in making it because it doesn't take long to make this one snack, friends.
Good luck everyone, friends, I hope you like my post and don't forget to try making this one dish, I'm sure you will be addicted besides the delicious taste and of course this one dish is also very pocket-friendly 馃榿
