Hello friends, everyone, hive and food lovers
come back with me on this occasion I want to share something sweet but this is delicious, this morning I plan to make just porridge for breakfast, this time I use corn and green beans only.
corn porridge is my favorite porridge from childhood until now, and it just so happened that the morning weather was quite cloudy and the weather was very cold, this kind of weather is perfect for enjoying a bowl of sticky rice porridge this is a good idea, but this time I made a lot of it because I want to share it with some of my relatives
ingredients for making corn glutinous porridge:
2 pieces of corn
300 grams of green beans
1 liter coconut milk
200 grams of white sticky rice
2 pandan leaves
15 tablespoons of sugar (according to taste)
how to make sticky corn porridge:
Step 1
the first step is to boil the green beans first, previously I have soaked the green beans overnight so they will soften quickly
Step 2
When boiling the green beans then add a piece of ginger and pandan leaves and cook until the green beans are slightly cooked
Step 3
and after that add the sticky rice and then cook until half cooked and then also add 1 liter of coconut milk and cook until the sticky rice is cooked
Step 4
after that, slice the corn kernels then wash them clean and then add them to the porridge earlier then cook for about 10 minutes and add sugar and also a little salt then stir well and correct the taste if it's just right, after that turn off the stove and wait until it's warm
Here are some photos after it is finished
and Tara, the corn sticky rice porridge is ready to be enjoyed, the taste of corn and green beans makes the sticky rice porridge even more delicious
