CREATING SPACE IN MY CREATIVE SPACE
I'm one of those people that can't function properly in a disorderly space. I am easily distracted, so I need as much order as possible to focus. I envy those people that can listen to music with lyrics and still write at the same time. I can only do it to instrumental classical music or jazz.
If my workspace is disorderly, I'll spend the day moving things around instead of actually working. Epic waste of time. That's what I have spent most of today doing - moving things around. I've changed the layout of my workspace yet again. I changed it a month ago to make it easier to make videos, which has had a positive impact on my video consistency. However, it's created a pretty messy space with my desk bang in the middle of the room.
I've returned the desk to where it used to be, and moved other things around so as to separate my video making space from my actual desk area. It feels a lot more airy and orderly, for now.
Another thing it gives me is room in the centre for exercises like pushups and sit-ups. I tried doing them this morning and couldn't believe har difficult they were to do. This is someone that used to push out 50 reps with no issue. They body truly is a use it or lose it proposition.
Peace & Love,
