You want to lead with your whole heart, but you are scared it will cost you your edge.

Somewhere along the way you decided that warmth was a liability, that leading as your true self would make you soft in a world that only rewards toughness. So you keep performing a version of yourself that is not quite true, just to protect the success you have worked so hard for.
En algún momento decidiste que la calidez era una debilidad, que liderar siendo tú mismo te haría ver blando en un mundo que solo premia la dureza. Así que sigues actuando una versión de ti que no es del todo verdadera, solo para proteger el éxito por el que tanto has trabajado.
But real success was never meant to feel like a mask you have to hold in place all day. When you finally have the courage to stop performing and lead as who you actually are, success stops being a costume you put on and starts being a natural extension of who you already are. You do not have to choose between winning and being at peace.
Pero el éxito real nunca debió sentirse como una máscara que tienes que sostener todo el día.
