You find it hard to admit that you don't know the answer to a difficult problem. Somewhere you picked up the idea that leaders must always look confident and in control, so you carry the pressure of pretending you have everything figured out, even when you feel lost inside.

But we have to rember that growth begins with the humility to say I don't know yet. It isn't about how many degrees you have or how impressive your track record is, it is about staying a learner. I firmly believe that the willingness to admit you do not have all the answers is the beginning of every real breakthrough.

So here is a question for you today, what is one question you are currently afraid to admit you do not know the answer to?
