Everyone turned to look, as this was something entirely unexpected. Just then, the door swung fully open, revealing a young girl standing on the other side; she remained perfectly calm, not saying a word. She had black hair and, most curiously, held a stuffed rabbit in her arms. Her eyes were identical to Lucas’s. After a few moments, the little girl spoke: "Brother, why did it take you so long to come and find me?" Everyone turned toward her, but Lucas stood frozen, stunned by her words. "You aren't real," he said. "I saw you die."

The girl did not remain silent; she immediately replied, "Don't you remember why Mom was there when you left me locked inside?" Everyone looked on, unable to believe what they were hearing. At that very moment, one of the computers flickered to life, displaying a recording from fifteen years earlier. It showed Michelle in a studio filled with musical instruments, along with several children who were trying to escape. Daniel watched every second of the footage; as it progressed, more information was revealed, until finally, a man’s voice spoke: "The experiment is over. One of the children must die so that the other may live."

Lucas fell to his knees; the video had instantly brought back a flood of memories. Over and over, he repeated, "No! I wasn't supposed to survive!" The little girl simply watched, smiled, and reached out her hand: "Come with me, little brother." But before they could say anything more, all the lights went out—and when they came back on, Lucas was gone. On the floor lay only his bracelet, identical to the one the girl was wearing. Everyone began to search, but there was nothing to be found. Michelle glanced toward the door and, from the other side, heard her son’s voice: "Mom, now I remember who killed me." Several voices could be heard, followed by a melody that began to play.
