Some positive traits I bring to a team are...

  • years of experience as a Life Coach, Mediator, Spiritual Counselor, and Youth Worker in Mexico, the USA, and Germany.
  • a profound understanding of interpersonal communication skills
  • positive attitude, reliability, and empathy
  • I am a person who promotes harmony, and someone that likes to communicate openly with the people around me. I firmly believe that it is better to hear before being heard.
  • a great deal of experience in project management and team development.
  • strength as a leader who leads by example and who motivates people to live to their full potential.

What is something positive about me that some might see as negative

I am a person who likes to think deeply and carefully about current issues in our society. I like to analyze topics, educate myself very well and then discuss them with others. Unfortunately, not everyone has the desire to go as deep as I do. 😁

What has been/is my favorite positive surprise about Hive?

Definitely the most pleasant surprise has been the emphasis on building and fostering authentic communion in the different communities of the HIVE Blockchain. Through it, I realize that it goes beyond an investment or money-making platform, but instead I came across a social platform where Community is promoted on an authentic, human and deep level. There is a place for everyone.

By the way, the guy in the pictures is me, and I gave myself permission to use them in this Post 😉
