2011 Young Adult Retreat

I wrote two things at the 2011 Young Adult Retreat: Two Directions that any individual can go in being: 1. Being Good, 2. Looking Good. Three other things learn there, also: 1. Art or tart your heart, 2. Your wife's always right. 3. Space is pretty big. I also wrote that mysteries is the urges the senses of the expenses to the fear of denying the sand of the pain moving land masses curving the roast.

Dream

2011-01-12 - Wednesday - 02:54 AM - The 12th of January of 2011 - Blogspot

Awoke from a dream at Camp Kuratli with Michael Kurtz. As the evening service was approaching, one of us made the comment, "These kids, here at Youth Councils, or camp, should have sign up as adults, instead of as kids, because they're sure acting like kids." Because adults can do what they want but kids have to go to the meetings. But these kids or teenagers were running around in the circle at the boy's end of camp, near the train, as we were facing other cabins from the deck, and as we were looking at the meeting hall building, too, on that nice sunny summer day in my dream.

Immersion

Young Adult Retreat 2011 in Cannon Beach, OR, had their theme in Immersion: how we are to be in Christ and Christ in us. Ivan Wild was the main speaker. The old lady also spoke and gave an illustration concerning a sponge that is both in water and water in it, as God is that water from the well.

L4OJ

Brandon Kyle gave us an illustration concerning L4OJ: in regards to striving after holiness: even as we eat chocolate, buy clothes, or anything: are we going to think about the realities that children are slaved into making our products, or things are made by older slaves in China, or other countries, are we going to care, about fair trade, or about the lost, hungry, hurting, as we seek WWJD, L4OJ, you know?
