Mix & blend all dry ingredients together (oats, cinnamon, coconut rasps, touch sea salt, tumeric, 1 tbsp. alfalfa, pumkin seeds. Mix togehter with plant-based milk, 1 tbsp. Tahini and add one carrot & apple. Enjoy! π€
