OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 1769th compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

The lemons surprised me! Here they are yellow and the ones I know as lemons here are called limes. Also, limes are more expensive and harder to get.

Fall has officially arrived big time here in western, New York. The skies are filled with billowy gray and white clouds. This week it has rained for three days in a row. Our nights are dipping into the 40s affecting the last of the plants still growing in the gardens. Even the Fall Crocus only lasted two days this season. Usually, I get to enjoy them for about two weeks but not this year.

The yoga posture, Torso Twist or Parivrtta Bharadwajasana, allows an effective bending of the abdominal and back muscles. It is developed from kneeling, advancing one leg, we interlace the fingers of the hands, bend the elbows and turn the torso gently initially from the waist, placing an elbow on the opposite side next to the knee of the leg forward, stretching the back and neck, bringing the gaze upward. Before the realization of the above mentioned posture, meditation and body warm-up actions are indicated in this new yoga session.

I have always believed that the kitchen is not just to cook any kind of dishes, no friends, this goes beyond, cooking is an art which allows us to explore flavors and textures, and today I want to share with you a recipe that came to me at a time when you are looking for what to prepare for the family, On this occasion I had to prepare dinner for my husband and I had a beautiful Carite (fish) wheel at hand, I had already prepared the Creole salad and very fresh as we say here in Venezuela and as he is on a diet for health reasons, I immediately checked the fridge and I found white octopus that was already cooked too, we should use everything we find in the kitchen and not discard food.

Every time we go to Novi Sad for a day trip, we know there will be a lot of walking. We always move like elephants, along already known roads, always visiting the same places that we love most in Novi Sad.

Faced with this calamity this lady did not sit idly by, she evaluated her strengths and realized that she had skills for hairdressing, an activity she had been doing as a hobby for a long time. She set up her living room and started her own salon. Perhaps she did not even imagine at the time that her business would be very profitable.

More than a year ago when I went to pay for some items in a store I noticed that near the cashier hung some brightly colored objects, and I was surprised to learn that they were key chains, so I asked for one to the girl who attended me and she told me that they were very difficult to assemble.

She wasn't wrong, that day I bought three models and spent the next 7 days assembling and disassembling them, the more difficult they are the more attractive they seem to me, I have always liked puzzles since I was a child.

One of my obligatory stops every time I visit the city of Maracay is to pass by my friend Saul's stall, which has a sugar cane mill.

I will tell you a brief history or bio of my friend Saul. Saul Medina born in 1952 in the town of Ospino in the state of Guarico, which many of his trades throughout his life, has been sweeper, waiter in the city of Caracas, back in the 70's which told me that he worked in Mercedes and was residing in the city of Caracas. 

Saul tells me that he has been working for forty years as a peddler of this natural elixir that is the sugar cane juice, located in the area of San Jacinto in the city of Maracay, to be exact at the entrance of the fairgrounds, one block from the redoma de San Jacinto. 

According to, World Health Organization, Mental Health is the state of balance that should exist between people and the socio-cultural environment that surrounds them, it includes emotional, psychological and social well-being and influences how a person thinks, feels, acts and reacts to moments of stress.

There are multiple factors that can influence our mental health, including:

Biological: Genetics and brain chemistry play an important role.
Psychological**: Past experiences, trauma and lifestyle affect our mind.
Social**: Relationships with friends, family and community are essential to our well-being.
