Hello Foodies,
Todays weather is pretty awesome here with a lot of rain and clouds. I always loved this type of weather even I wanted to have awesome days like this. May ALLAH keep the weather like this in the whole month. Our summer will go smooth and lovely with no scorching heat. What type of weather do you guys like the most? The rainy season or heated one? Its a great blessing having rain in summers that's why I love enjoying every bit of it.
It was a cloudy plus rainy day that's why I couldn't find good natural light to shoot any recipe that I already have in mind. I also wrote few recipes on my diary and I'm waiting for a good natural light. Well I had tried a very new recipe yesterday known as Khow Suey which I'm having right now because there were so much leftover to enjoy again the next day. I loved it so much because I made spicy version of it.
Here you can see the below picture and get an idea what I have added in this bowl. Its a bowl of heavenly good food. This bowl has boiled spaghetti along with coconut curry, chicken curry, potatoes slimes, roasted garlic, and boiled eggs. I also squeezed a lemon on it to add a more flavour to this bowl. Just loved it...
On the other side, I also like to enjoy juices in this season so I had some strawberries left in my fridge so I thought why not making Strawberry Lemonade. I already had this recipe posted on my blog. you can check it out because it is super yummy and easy to make.
