All thanks to #Market Friday by @dswigle for creating this market Friday community. This community has helped some of us to do great things every Friday.
Well, it has been a while.
For this Friday, I want to share with my market Friday community what I learned while in a small restaurant in the market, in Akwanga, Nasarawa State, Nigeria.

I did went for my normal Friday shopping but while in the market I became hungry and decided to patronise a food vendor very close to the market,

but on reaching there I saw someone eating moi moi (beans pudding) and cabbage which looks strange to me, because I have never eaten it before.

I got curious and asked the food vendor how to prepare it. Though before now, moi moi is one of Nigeria food that is loved by most Nigerians, but to eat it with cabbage, no, no, no, I have never tried it. As I make my findings, guess what I found out :

Step 1
Get your beans,
wash and throw off the outer coat. Though it may take up to 20 minutes especially if you are using your hands to wash.
Use your blender to blend the beans. Add tatashe also called shambo. It looks like pepper, but a little bigger than pepper. It makes the beans to look reddish.

Add : oil, salt, Maggi, crayfish, fish, egg, onion pepper, curry, garlic and other ingredients of your choice.

Mix very well. Share it into smaller plates or cup, then put them into a clean pot cup for cooking, add water. Cook for at least one hour twenty minutes.

Step 2-
Get your cabbage,
wash very well in a running water,
Cut away the spoilt part of there is any,
Slice into pieces to your test, and keep it aside.

When the moimoi is ready, put it in to a nice plate, then add your slice cabbage by the side and add your tomatoes stew.

Your food is ready for consumption.
