Namaskar / Hello to all hive users, who will reach this post. I hope you are doing great and having fun in your life and enjoying it with your loved ones.
We do all love if someone does encourage us or appreciate us for the we have dobe or we are going to do. That sure gives us a boost on the work. If you are working for a company and no one appreciates what you do (although sometimes we do think we are doing good 😇), ask for others' review of your work. Sure I did look for some time to learn new things and adapt to the new environment.
To be honest, I am a lazy fellow, but I do all the things with honesty 😊. One rule that keeps in your mind is never to compare yourself with others, that did generate doubts. Everyone has their own power to catch new things. If you are new to a company ask as much as you can learn from the old ones. But keep one thing in mind, never ever disturb them too much specially while they are working.
The person wil be irritate from your action so keep this mind , find someone who is free at the moment.
Not all are ready to do that so first observe how the person is 😅.
I was working on a project from last year and my seniors have worked for them before that. There are two people at the work (you can say 4 including my boss and manager 😅) who are capable of all types of work. I am one of them 😅🏃. I was working on the project for the last year and the project is still going on. All the staff members are very supportive they helped me a lot on the weekends to finish that. (Only if they are requested to or ordered too 😂, some a different for sure.).
So it has been more than a month since I was working on a new project from the same Client. Yesterday we send the file and I was worried about that a lot. But i did remember one kine from Bagawat Geeta "karma kar fal ke chinta mat kar". 💖.
Today we got a mail from the client, the exact words.
"To be honest, I am stunned by the work."🥂.
That was really a happy moment for me.😎, That dis made my day and I did my best on the remaining work.
I do think that if you see someone who is doing please do appropriate them. That will surely not going to cost you anything, will it.?
