Special breads are sometimes made from simple ingredients, chia seeds and oats are my alternative choices to try making this bread!

Vegan white bread always makes it more meaningful to enjoy a healthier breakfast at home. I've been having breakfast with white bread at home a lot lately, I usually make the non-vegan version by adding eggs or even buy it if I don't have enough free time at home. Well because yesterday I was at home all day with nothing too busy I wanted to try making a different white bread.

Oat white bread is white bread made from whole oats which are then left soft in a hot water bath. Then crushed and stirred in a mixture of flour and other ingredients to make bread. Now the unique thing about this bread is that before I bake it, I sprinkle it with whole oats so that it indicates that this bread is made from oats. As you know this is fresh bread so the choice of jam you like to enjoy it.

Cut a few pieces and put some favorite jam ahh this is so good beyond my expectations it turns out that oat bread is very good even though it is stirred with chiaseed but it doesn't make this bread strange at all. In fact, it makes me want to try it the next day.
