Day break Africa.it was another cold morning of the harmattan season; the sun had just rose slightly above the horizon. The day looked very promising.
I carried out my early morning workout routine which involves a 100 press ups and a 3 minute plank. I hurriedly took my bath and sped off to work.
Because of the day being Friday, I dressed in my nice ‘kaftan’ as this is one of the etiquette in Islamic teaching regarding Friday.

I arrived at work around 8:30am; I took on my assigned tasks and completed them within some few hours. My supervisor who was to assign me with a new task was yet to report.

Whiles sitting idle, I began to feel a sharp pain at the right side of my head. It worsened with every passing second. With the help of my friends, I consulted a doctor who diagnosed me of migraine and prescribed drugs for me and also advised I got plenty of rest. I took the drugs and took a short nap.
I woke up around 12:40pm feeling a little better, I performed ablution and rushed to the mosque to perform Jummu’ah prayers.

We finished around 1:15 pm. I then took my lunch.
In the evening, I went to the football park to watch football since I wasn’t feeling well and couldn’t play.

At 8:00pm I was now feeling better so I went to the gym. I love weightlifting and weightlifting is my passion. I trained for an hour and headed back home.

I stopped at a fruit stand to purchase some bananas and apples to boost my energy levels after the workout.

It was a very tiresome day.
Thank you for attention.
