Considering that I went to bed very late on Thursday (or Friday morning, to be honest), it turned out to be a more or less productive day.
I went to the gym for a short, but intense workout. Work was mainly going to Atuntaqui to pick up a machine that peels the shell off coffee that we've been trying to sell for a while. I took some pergamino coffee with me to try it and take videos. Works great. Hopefully it'll sell, soon.
I did take a nice nap around noon, and then went on with work. Had a good meeting with one of my bakers, exploring options on how to organize.
In the evening, we had a jam session. That was fun, too. I'm getting a better handle of drinking less, which leads to better sleep and me feeling better the next morning. It's a work in progress, but there is progress.
