Wednesday walk through Ala Tepe

In today's Wednesday walk, I will show you a place that I visited for the first time a few days ago. It is located in the locality Alan Tepe. My friends and I often ride bicycles in this area, but only to a certain point where we have a picnic. But this time I decided to go further and see what was further up the forest path.

The road itself is very pleasant and picturesque especially at this time of the year.

Everything was blooming and I stopped and looked at the plants with interest.

There was such an abundance of Anemone along the paths and entire meadows of them.

I could see peonies about to bloom.

The royal lance (Asphodeline lutea) had started to form its yellow flowers.

Corydalis solida in pink:

Continuing up the forest path, I came to a wide meadow.

"Rosen Bair (or Alatepe) is a hill in Southeastern Bulgaria, the extreme northern branch of the Bosna hill from Strandzha mountain, in the Burgas region."

The views from there to Burgas city were beautiful.

I came to some interesting rock formations.

On the other side of the path I found more stones and my joy was great when I found yellow irises.

The path entered the forest again and I continued along it.

I couldn't help but stop at the abundance of Shiny geranium:

Soon I came to a new meadow and trees with signposts. The path continued to the village of Rosen.

Here there was a beutiful views at villages Rosen and Ravna gora .

I found hearth and more flowers.

This was the end point of the walk. There was going to be a return trip.

This post is my entry for #wednesdaywalk - an initiative of @tattoodjay collaborating with #MakeMeSmile challenge hosted by @elizacheng.

Thank you for stopping by!
