Who likes glamping? How about in your own home, for four months? If that sounds like your idea of fun, I highly recommend getting your kitchen remodeled. Oh, the woe of first world problems. Still, having one of the more important rooms of your home disappear will throw off all your rhythms and routines. Or at least mine.
Vintage doesn't inspire the same sense of nostalgia when it comes to kitchen cabinetry. Vintage like Mitch McConnell, and equally as functional. Thankfully, we got our kitchen back finally, so hopefully things will getting back to their usual level of insanity here in the very near future.
These photos are all from back in July, when we were able to get away from all the dust, noise, and strangers in the house and sneak down to Shaker Village. That place is always good for some peace and quiet.
Should be cooking with napalm again here soon, so hopefully that means back to a more regular posting schedule. Now to see what the fall has cooking.
