- 1 pargo rojo, 1 cucharada de sal, 1 taza de harina de trigo todo uso, 1 taza de aceite vegetal.
- 1 red snapper, 1 tablespoon salt, 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1 cup vegetable oil.

- Agregar la sal al pescado y frotar.
- Add the salt to the fish and rub.
- Pasar el pescado por la harina de trigo.
- Pass the fish through the wheat flour.
- Calentar el sart茅n y a帽adir el aceite.
- Heat the pan and add the oil.
- Colocar el pescado en el sart茅n.
- Place the fish in the pan.
- Dejarlo dorar por los dos lados.
- Let it brown on both sides.
- Servir con lo que m谩s guste; arroz, tostones, ensalada etc.
- Serve with whatever you like best; rice, tostones, salad etc.
