How to make a pumpkin devilled at home with high flavor and aroma,

How are you,Hope everybody is well. In the corona epidemic in my country the variant called omicron is spreading again. I think the best thing at the moment is to follow the right health tips and stay very safe. In the midst of all this, there was a delicious food I made yesterday at my favorite art, the art of cooking. That's the Pumpkin Devilled.The taste is really great. That's why I thought I'd tell my friends how to make this dish.

Ingredients;

  • 250 g of well-washed and cleaned pumpkin
  • 100 ml of oil
  • Three teaspoons if chilli powder
  • One and half teaspoons of pepper powder
  • One and half teaspoons of salt powder
  • Curry leaves
  • Crushed ginger, garlic and curry leaves
  • A large onion cut into circles
  • A tomato cut into squares
  • Four tablespoons of water
  • One tablespoon of soya sauce
  • Two tablespoons of tomato sauce
  • Three tablespoons of cornflour

The method of making;

Cut the pumpkin strip into chunks and cut into pieces about half a centimeter thick. Now add about a teaspoon of salt powder and mix well. Then steam it well for about ten minutes.

Put 3 tablespoons of cornflour in a bowl. Now add chilli powder, pepper powder and turmeric powder respectively and mix well.Add the remaining half a teaspoon of salt powder.

Once the mixture is well mixed, add water little by little and make a medium thick mixture.

Now add the steamed pumpkin pieces to the water mixture one by one.

Put a pan on the stove and add 100 ml of oil to it. Now add the pumpkin pieces soaked in the water mixture one by one while the oil heats up. Fry these pumpkin slices over medium heat for about four minutes.

Add about two tablespoons of the remaining oil to another pan. Now add the curry leaves and the chopped onion to the circle.Add remaining chilli powder and pepper powder and mix well.

Now add the chopped tomatoes. Then add two tablespoons of tomato sauce and one tablespoon of soy sauce and mix well.

Now pre-steam it and add some amount of fried tomatoes. Mix everything well and after two minutes remove from the stove.

We often make and eat pumpkin curries. So with a change I thought I should make a pumpkin devilled. The pumpkin devilled really tastes great because all the ingredients are the right size.
