Stir fried Green Chili Potato Oysters
Today I will bring you a recipe for preparing oysters that is easy and definitely very delicious. This recipe is a simple recipe but it can make you fail on your diet if you enjoy it. Made from oysters, I combined it with sliced potatoes. The good thing is that the perfection of flavors blended perfectly in my serving bowl when I enjoyed it bite by bite. Ah, I'm exaggerating, but reality is like that. For those of you who love cooking and even eating like me haha, you definitely know how oysters taste and smell when cooked. Delicious and perfect, right?
However, there are several things that we really need to pay attention to when processing seafood like this. One of them is the fishy smell, usually I neutralize the fishy smell with an acidic ingredient such as lime or lemon juice. These two ingredients make seafood fresher and are certainly very delicious when processed into various other perfect dishes.

Materials Used
7 small potatoes
4 green chilies
1 tomato
3 cloves of red onion
1 clove of garlic
½ onion,
4 bird's eye chilies (optional)
½ teaspoon salt
Cooking Procedure
Prepare oysters that have been marinated with a teaspoon of salt and also lime juice or lemon juice so that the fishy smell disappears.
Peel the potatoes, peel them and don't forget to store the peeled potatoes in a container filled with water.
Cut the potatoes into cubes, or until the potatoes are small, rinse again and discard the water soak.
Cut the green chilies and cayenne peppers obliquely lengthwise, here to make it easier I use scissors.
Next, cut the tomatoes into several pieces according to your taste.
Next, I also sliced the red onion and garlic and then cut the onion quite thinly.
Now that's all done, make sure all the ingredients are ready then we continue cooking.
Saute the shallots and garlic in a little vegetable oil. Then add the two pieces of chili.
Continue adding onions and tomatoes, sauté until fragrant.
Then add a little water so that all the chilies cook evenly, then after the water boils add the oysters.
Saute the oysters, after the oysters have been cooked for about 3 minutes, add the potato pieces, then wait until the potatoes are soft.
Season with a teaspoon of salt, but here, before seasoning, check the taste first if it's not quite right then add salt. Stir and cook until cooked.

Stir-fried oysters and potatoes are ready to be enjoyed, served in a bowl that I have added with warm white rice. Add crackers as a complement to my lunch today.
The combination of sweet, chewy and savory oysters became perfect after I combined them with salt. How could it not be without adding flavoring powder or other broth, this is already very delicious. Deliciously spicy and very suitable to be enjoyed with rice. Especially enjoyed before noon like this makes this pleasure even more delicious.
