On this occasion I want to share with you this delicious and easy 15-minute preparation, I know you will love it. Please accompany me to make it.
Our main protein is rich in Omega 3, if fish has properties that promote cardiovascular health at all ages, protects the heart and strengthens our bones.
Ingredientes 🍽️ Ingredients
- 150 gramos de Salmón
- Jugo de medio limón
- 10 gramos de almendras
- Sal y Finas hierbas
Salsa
- 200 gramos de Aguacate
- 25 gramos de Cilantro
- 10 gramos de almendras
- 1 limón
- 1 ajo
- Sal
- 150 grams of Salmon
- Juice of half a lemon

Dip
- 200 grams of Avocado
- 25 grams of Coriander
- 10 grams of almonds
- 1 lemon

Preparación 🍽️ Preparation
We start by preheating the oven to 200ªC, chop the almonds as small as we can and set aside.
We continue by placing the fish in a baking container, season it very well with salt and fine herbs, squeeze the juice of half a lemon and finish by covering the salmon with almonds.
We will bake it for 15 minutes.
While the salmon is cooking we are going to prepare the delicious sauce.
We will cut the lemon, remove the peel from the garlic, with the help of a knife we will remove the seed from the avocado and then with a spoon we will extract the pulp.
Once we have the sauce ingredients ready, we are going to process them by adding them to the blender for 5 minutes or until everything is incorporated, friends. If it is not processing well, turn it off and help stirring with a spoon.
The salmon is ready, we remove it from the oven very carefully so as not to burn ourselves, and we let it rest for a few minutes. Meanwhile, I dress a ready-made salad that I bought to accompany this exquisite preparation. They sell them in bags already cooked just to serve, but I added A little homemade mayonnaise that I prepare myself and a little salt brought everything together and it turned out super delicious friends, and we will have everything to plate.

Take a white plate, place a bed of mashed avocado and cilantro, on top of the salmon place the skin down because I wanted the almond crust to shine although both sides were crunchy and delicious, finally on the side the salad that is Russian type based on beets, potatoes, carrots and peas, gave a divine color to the plating.

Ugh delicious, the creaminess of the avocado and the freshness of the cilantro go very well with the crunchiness of the almonds that feel rich inside the mashed, also with the almonds that cover the salmon that crunchy crust is exquisite, the sweetness of the salad gives it a flavor that contrasts with all the ingredients, the mashed with its acidic touch thanks to the lemon goes excellent with the fish, I was fascinated by everything together in one bite, it is an explosion of unique, delicious, exquisite, incomparable flavors hehe, the truth is that it fascinated me.
