[ENG/ESP] Makeup Teeth./llaje Dientes. Maquillaje Dientes.

Today I tried to do a little bit different teeth. A little more cartoon style. I was looking at social networks and I saw some that I used as a guide but I did not replicate completely, because for me it is difficult, even if I want to be able to make an exact replica of some makeup, it just does not look the same. But it does help me a lot to look at the work of other artists and learn from their techniques and styles. I got my hands on the brushes and here I will tell you the whole process:

Hoy probé hacer unos dientes algo diferentes. Un poco más al estilo caricaturas. Estuve mirando en las redes sociales y vi algunos que me sirvieron de guía pero no repliqué totalmente, ya que para mí es difícil, aunque quiera poder hacer una réplica exacta de algún maquillaje, simplemente no me queda igual. Pero si me ayuda mucho mirar el trabajo de otros artista y aprender de sus técnicas y estilos. Me puse manos a las brochas y por acá les voy narrando todo el proceso:

I applied foundation all over my face. After I did my eyebrows. Then I started the eye makeup with plum colored shadow. I simply made an arc between the nose septum and the fixed eyelid moving it towards the nose and eyebrows. I cleaned up the base of that line and then defined it with concealer.

Apliqué base para maquillaje en todo el rostro. Después de haber hecho mis cejas. Luego empecé el maquillaje de los ojos con sombra color ciruela. Simplemente realicé un arco entre el tabique de la nariz y el párpado fijo desplazándolo hacia la nariz y las cejas. Limpie la base de ese trazo y luego lo definí con corrector.

With a red eyeliner pencil make the design of the mouth opening. It's like a piece of skin is missing and you can see the teeth. I also drew the teeth and after that I applied shadows in various shades of red to give depth reserving the teeth area.

Con un lápiz delineador rojo realice el diseño de la abertura de la boca. Es como que faltara un pedazo de piel y se pueden ver los dientes. También dibujé los dientes y luego de eso pase a aplicar sombras en varios tonos rojos para dar profundidad reservando el área de los dientes.

I applied sand colored shadow over the teeth, then applied white body paint and finally applied some more red mixed with a little bit of black to give even more depth. I made up the eyes dramatically with black shadow on the lower lashes.

Apliqué sombra color arena sobre los dientes, luego apliqué pintura corporal blanca y por último apliqué un poco más rojo mezclado con un poquito de negro para dar aún más profundidad. Maquillé los ojos de forma dramática con sombra negra en las pestañas inferiores.

For the lips I chose a creamy pale pink shade. I should tell you that today the skin on my face was not at its best as I had a breakout of acne on my chin. This usually happens to me when I am stressed, according to a dermatologist, so I have to lower my stress levels a bit as this also harms our skin. One thing that can help us in these cases is to drink a lot of water. Bye bye.

Para los labios elegí un tono rosa pálido cremoso. Les comento que hoy la piel de mi rostro no estaba en su momento de mayor esplendor ya que tuve un brote de acné en el mentón. Esto me suele ocurrir cuando estoy estresada, según un dermatólogo, así que me toca bajarle un poco a los niveles de estrés ya que esto también perjudica a nuestra piel. Una cosa que nos puede ayudar en estos casos es consumir mucha agua. Chao chao.
