Morning weigh-in: 186 pounds

Breakfast

  • coffee with cream and mct oil
  • bacon, eggs, and shredded cheddar cheese
  • piece of cheddar cheese

Lunch

  • celery with cream cheese

Supper

  • celery with cream cheese
  • keto granola
  • Atkins vanilla lemon bar
  • coffee with cream

For breakfast, I ordered a breakfast taco. But, I only ate the contents and discarded the flour tortilla.

For lunch and supper, I have noticed that I lose weight when I have plenty of fiber. This is why I tend to eat the celery with cream cheese. Otherwise, the weight loss is slow, if at all. Protein seems to stall my progress.
