We tend to hold so much tension, tightness, and emotional trauma in our hips. Itβs so important to take time to be kind and loving to that area of the body and release the built up tension we might be holding onto. As a former soccer player, I have always had tight hips and hamstrings. Through yoga and the breath, I learned to find some release. This yoga flow is great to do before bed to relax and unwind, or in the morning to awaken the muscles and bring awareness to your body π
